About the event
The Still, Small Voice of God
To truly be led by God, we have to be able to recognize His voice and follow Him. It’s rarely in the loudness of life, and more often in the quiet times and stillness that we can hear God speaking to us. It is often the still, small voice that changes our hearts, renews our perspectives, and nurtures our creative spirits.
At BBI’s 2024 Summer “ImagiNations Artist’s Camp”, we will consider what it means to listen for God’s still, small voice and respond through the artistic gifts he has given us, including music, painting, performing arts, sculpture, writing, and more. We will consider the story of Elijah’s encounter with God in Kings 19:11-12, and spend time in rest, reflection, and of course, in our collective and creative responses.
